Simon's talk moved me deeply to understand how magic can occur but that the magic is not going to occur in the situation or the space that I - we - are in right now. I have to move into that space and as I do, I can bring my integrated human experience to realise all those things that I know I can achieve but maybe have just been too fearful to believe that I could achieve them.

Today I've learned the true meaning of being vulnerable. I always thought being vulnerable was about couching things into what the world expects from me, but today I learned that it's about that one thing that I want to share with people or that one thing that I want to hide or that real problem that I have that I cannot open up to. From today I'm going to be real. The world doesn't care and moves on without me.

Wow, that was surprising, invigorating and revealing. Discovering that we need to dig deep as we have lots of layers, which are not always good for us and learning how to break out of the mould. Much to take away and pass on to others. We have 'Covid hangovers' in our industry and we need to break out of that and learn how to re-energise and make ourselves work cleverer, not harder. Lots to think about.

I really enjoyed Simon's presentation. I think in this day and age he couldn't have spoken a more relevant and prominent truth to how we look at ourselves, and every person should listen to the message that Simon has to say and what he has to speak about because it makes us look at ourselves and makes us better people with everybody and else the relationships we have.
